At Maiara, we prioritize your satisfaction and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If our products do not meet your expectations, we have a straightforward return policy to ensure your experience is seamless.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to make the return process as simple as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on certain items, such as gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at support@shopmaiara.com to request a return. We will guide you through the steps and provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Ship the Product: Securely package the product and include your Return Authorization Number on the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: Please do not send your item back without first contacting us for a Return Authorization. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@shopmaiara.com so we can correct the issue promptly.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you when we’ve received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
